Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzstan) visa-support invitation letter LOI

The passport holders of the following 69 countries are not obliged to obtain a visa to Kyrgyzstan for the period of stay indicated below.
 

NOTE: The holders of the diplomatic or the official and the service passports of China (up to 30 days), France (up to 90 days within 180 days), Hungary (up to 30 days), India (up to 90 days), Indonesia (up to 30 days), Iran (up to 30 days), Italy (up to 90 days within 180 days), Morocco (up to 90 days within 180 days), Pakistan (up to 30 days), Poland (up to 90 days within 180 days), Qatar (up to 90 days), Estonia (up to 90 days), Slovak Republic (up to 30 days), South Korea (up to 30 days) and Turkmenistan (up to 30 days) can visit Kyrgyzstan without a visa.
 

The citizens of the following countries and territories are eligible to obtain a visa upon arrival at the Manas International Airport.
 

NOTE: The Taiwanese-issued passport holders can obtain a visa on arrival if they have a pre-issued invitation for a landing visa.
 

The citizens of the following countries and territories are eligible to obtain a visa upon arrival for up to 60 days at the Manas International Airport only if they hold a valid resident visa or a residence permit of Bahrain, Brunei, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar or the United Arab Emirates.
 

Who does need an Entry Visa to Kyrgyzstan?

The citizens of all other countries must obtain an entry visa to Kyrgyzstan.
The visa obtaining process consists in two stages:

1. To get a guaranted visa it`s prefferable to purchase a tour package with our company including a hotel accommodation and tour. This information will be indicated while applying for an e-visa and further checked by the Ministry of Inner Affairs.
2. Obtaining a visa at the Embassy or Consulate of the Kyrgyz Republic or thru E-visa portal or at the Manas airport in Bishkek upon arrival. But, first, please, check if you need a visa or not thru http://www.evisa.e-gov.kg portal.
    

Kyrgyzstan electronic e-visa simplified procedure
 

1. Foreign citizens can easily obtain an electronic visa to Kyrgyzstan thru http://www.evisa.e-gov.kg for which they are not obliged to visit diplomatic missions of Kyrgyzstan abroad.
2. It`s possible to get both an individual and a group e-visa to Kyrgyzstan. A group tourist visa is issued for a group of 5 to 15 people for a period of 1 month.
3. It is recommended not to buy an air ticket to Kyrgyzstan until you receive a notification of an e-visa application approval.
4. Foreign citizens holding Kyrgyzstan e-visa can enter the country via the following Kyrgyz border checkpoints (they are not required to have a visa sticker in their travel document):

• Ak Jol checkpoint on the border with the Republic of Kazakhstan   
• Chon-Kapka checkpoint

• Bor-Dobo checkpoint
• Irkeshtam checkpoint

Important rule after obtaining a visa arriving in Kyrgyzstan:

As soon as you arrive in Kyrgyzstan you must IMMEDIATELY make a passport registration within 5 business days at the appropriate state department.
