2. Types of visas to Ukraine

Depending on the purpose of your visit to Ukraine, there are several types of visas - private, business, tourist and transit. Our company offers visa support only for tourist and business visas to Ukraine. You are solely responsible for determining the type of visa you need. 3. E-visa to Ukraine

The travelers from the countries below can apply for a Ukrainian visa online through the official service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

You do not need to visit the consulate; all you need is to register on the website and upload all the necessary documents online.

This service has a number of advantages, as you can apply for an e-visa at any convenient time and view its status online.

The validity of an electronic visa is up to 30 days for a single entry.

To apply for an e-Visa, you need to prepare a photo and copies of the following documents:

Passport with personal data.
Health insurance policy (coverage 30,000 euros or the equivalent in another currency).
Proof of sufficient financial resources.
Visa supporting documents (invitation, hotel booking, travel voucher, fixed date tickets, etc.)

Your e-Visa will be issued within 9 business days and you will receive it by email in PDF format.

Tourist visa-support, letter of invitation (LOI) to Ukraine

You can issue a tourist invitation to Ukraine for a period of up to 60 days. Such an invitation is called a tourist voucher.

To receive a travel voucher from our company, you need to provide us with the following information:

Desired date of travel;
Your passport scanned copy;
Tour itinerary, the cities of entry and exit from Ukraine
Hotel reservation (you can book a hotel yourself);
If you need paper copies of documents - the postal address for delivery of originals by DHL.

The price of a visa support, invitation does not include delivery by DHL (or any other delivery service company), it varies depending on the recipient country.

Once we receive all the necessary information and the payment confirmation, we will send you electronic copies of the voucher and other documents within 2 (two) business days or less.

It usually takes about 2-4 days for delivery by DHL.

Business visa-support, letter of invitation (LOI) to Ukraine

A business visa-support, letter of invitation (LOI) to Ukraine is the main document for obtaining a business visa to Ukraine while a foreign citizen applies to the consular office at his place of residence.

A business visa to Ukraine is issued to foreign citizens, exclusively, in the country of their residence.

Sometimes an applicant can apply for a visa at the consulate of Ukraine in a country in which a foreigner has a residence or work permit for a period of 90 days.

A business visa can also be obtained in another country if there is no Ukrainian embassy or consulate in the foreigner's country of residence.

It usually takes for up to 3 business days to get an invitation done. Once the visa-support, letter of invitation LOI is ready it will be sent to you by a delivery service company according to the delivery service rates.

You must provide an invitation letter along with other required documents for a visa to the Embassy or Consulate of Ukraine.
